Terms and Conditions
Payment. A deposit of half (1/2) the charter price is required in order to reserve your charter date. Final payment must be paid with cash, travelers' checks, Visa or MasterCard or money order before departure. "No personal checks are accepted." Remember it is customary to tip the mates 20% of your fare.
Cancellation. A three (3) day 72 hour, cancellation notification is required either in writing or by E-Mail. Although a date is reserved it will not be secured until a deposit is received. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THEN THREE DAYS (72 HOURS) NOTICE. The captain reserves the right to cancel any trip on the bases of foul weather, high seas or any other dangerous condition. Rain alone does not constitute foul weather or dangerous conditions. In the event of cancellation by the captain a full refund will be returned.
Personal Safety. The owner of Nice Day Too Charters have taken the necessary precautions to provide a safe boating experience, however the ocean has many variables. The owner, managers and employees of Nice Day Too Charters are not, under any circumstances, responsible for your personal safety. All passengers board at their own risk. Please use common sense on board, when you are boarding, and when you are disembarking. Boats are not stationary, decks may be wet. Please hold handrails at all times and please supervise your children at all times. Existing medical conditions should be brought to the attention of the Captain prior to boarding.
Restrictions. We operate a DRUG FREE VESSEL, ZERO TOLERANCE is strictly enforced by U.S.C.G. and the entire crew of Nice Day Too Charters.
Parking. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles parked in the Offshore Sports Marina parking lot, you do so at your own risk.
Equipment. There is rental fee for equipment and each angler is responsible for the tackle he or she uses. Pre-tied fishing rigs, jigs, leader material, sinkers and exotic baits (live baits, fresh mullets and etc) when avaliable, are avaliable for purchase.
